On 8/8/09, APEX Movement hosted an open gym session and a Ninja Warrior Challenge as part of the events for the 3rd annual COPK National Jam. Over 150 people attended this year from all of the country including The Tribe, SFPK, Tempest, COPK, Flux, PKFR International, Mad PK, WAPK, Aero, Miami, and more.
Over 75 people attempted the Ninja Warrior challenge and less than 10 completed it. Coming in first place was Tyson Cecka of The Tribe with a time of 1 min. 37 sec. followed by Levi Meeuwenberg of The Tribe with a time of 2 min.
